Lars Thiele is Managing Director of EMENDO Leadership Consultants GmbH and has more than 15 years of experience as a consultant, trainer and coach. He specializes in negotiation and management development, particularly for board members and managing directors of medium-sized companies. With his background as a former naval officer of the Military Counterintelligence Service (MAD), he has extensive knowledge of interviewing and questioning techniques. Thiele has an MBA and is a trained CTI business coach.

Robert Körner

Robert Körner is an experienced trainer and coach with over 10 years of experience. As a university lecturer and expert in lie detection, he has taught at various police academies. He is known for his expertise in non-verbal signals, body language and emotional intelligence. Körner was an officer in the military police (Feldjäger) for 12 years and has a degree in education. He is also an NLP practitioner and ECHOCAST trainer.

Kim Oliver Kleinert

Kim Oliver Kleinert is a partner at EMENDO and specializes in crisis management and mediation. He has more than 15 years of experience as a consultant, trainer and coach and over 20 years of management experience at C-level. Kleinert has worked in various medium-sized companies as Managing Director and CFO. He is a trained business mediator and crisis mentor, with a master’s degree in communication psychology and a degree in economics.
